Pamela Barras, MSN, AGPCNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and advanced training in functional and integrative medicine.

She has dedicated her career to comprehensive adult health management, with a focus on hormone optimization, thyroid disorders, metabolic health, and preventative medicine. She has particular expertise in evaluating complex symptoms related to fatigue, endocrine imbalance, and cardiometabolic dysfunction.

Pamela integrates evidence-based medicine with a systems-oriented approach, utilizing detailed laboratory analysis and individualized treatment planning. She values collaborative patient relationships and is committed to helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term health outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Pamela enjoys interior decorating and creating peaceful spaces that support relaxation and wellness. She and her husband, Rick, also have a special love for rescue animals and enjoy spending time with their two rescue dogs, Lola from LA and Josie.
